How soon will the order be delivered?
Continental US orders ship in 1-5 days depending on shipping option. Orders in Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 10 days. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is processed.
Where is the order sent from?
US orders are shipped from our warehouse in Virginia.
What is the shipping cost?
Orders over $50 ship for free. You can select USPS Priority 1-3 Day for $5 or USPS First Class 2-5 day for $2.50.
What payment solutions do you have?
We use Stripe for credit card processing and we also offer Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay or Afterpay.
What happens if I have a change of mind?
You can return the products according to the Right of Withdrawal. You have to give notice that you will use the Right of Withdrawal within 14 days after receiving the order, and return the products within 14 days after giving us notice.
- The products needs to be in the original packaging (in same condition as you received it)
- You will have your refund within 2-14 business days after we have received the returned product(s)
